IA 2: Integrated Modeling Activities (IMA)

The IMA group strengthens existing modeling expertise within the CliSAP community and supports the development of new Earth System Models within the frame of CEN. The group of three scientists was formed during phase I of CliSAP and worked on the development, implementation and testing of diagnostic tools and Earth system models as well as on the analysis of climate data.
The IMA group focuses on four main topics: model development and parameterization, diagnostic tools, statistical climate modeling, and climate data assimilation.
