02.07.2017 - 07.07.2017The 15th Small Islands of the World Conference on Kangaroo Island has brought together researchers, academics, community members and delegates from across the globe to raise a unified voice on the importance of “island-ness”. The Climate Change Forum on July 6, 2017, chaired by Thom Woodroofe, UN Representative for Independent Diplomat and a Rhodes Scholar at the University of Oxford focussed on climate Change and its threats to security (Dr Kirsten Davies - Australia) as well as climate Change adaptation in a cross cultural comparison of the Bahamas, the Maldives and the Comoros (Beate Ratter - Germany).
