CliSAP/ CEN @ AGU2018
The AGU Fall Meeting 2018 will bring together researchers from all over the world to present and discuss findings from all disciplines of the Earth, planetary, and space science. This year, about 50 of your colleagues from CEN/ CliSAP have submitted contributions. You can find a list of talks and posters on our website.
You are warmly invited to come by our CliSAP/CEN booth #1013 in the main exhibition hall. We are there together with the German Research Foundation (DFG), Future Ocean (University Kiel), the TRR 181 “Energy transfers in Atmosphere and Ocean”, and other DFG financed projects.
We will host CliSAP/ CEN + KMS/ Future Ocean Alumni get-together on Tuesday, 11 December at &30 pm – 8:30 pm at “Busboys and Poets” (450 K Street Northwest, Washington D.C.)

Registration Open for Expert Review of the Second Order Draft of the IPCC SRCCL
The IPCC invites experts to participate in the review of the second order draft of the special report on Climate Change and Land (SRCCL). The special reports covers the following topics: climate change, desertification, land degradation, sustainable land management, food security, and greenhouse gas fluxes in terrestrial ecosystems. If you are an expert in one or more of these fields, please consider registering. The review takes place from 19 November 2018 until 14 January 2019.

COP24 in Katowice
The COP24 will be held on 03 – 14 December 2018 in Katowice, Poland. The conference aims to finalize the implementation of the 2015 Paris Agreement.
