What is Work-Life Balance?

Finding a balance between career and family is an important step towards an equal-opportunities academic culture. CliSAP wants to create favorable conditions to promote this and among other things developed a Code of Conduct for a good work-life balance.

ZEIT ONLINE survey: Four out of five junior researchers want to leave the higher education sector

In September, ZEIT and ZEIT ONLINE ran a job satisfaction survey among junior researchers. 7.000 participants answered the questions of the online survey.
