Work Situation and Equal Opportunities Survey within CliSAP

In order to progress with the aims of the Gender Action Plan the Gender Task Force ran a survey among all scientists within CliSAP (April-June 2014). The Scientific Steering Committee and the scientific staff council supported this project.
Within this survey the work situation and equal opportunities were examined. Furthermore, CliSAP was interested in knowing why the proportion of female scientists at post-doctoral and higher levels ranks decreases dramatically. Based on the survey results, measures to improve the work situation will be implemented. These implementations seek to improve the work-life balance of all Cluster members and enhance the attraction of female scientist to research careers. All collected data have been analyzed anonymously so that no information about your person can be derived.
